Role & Responsibilities

- Review, verify, and optimize MEP/Mechanical shop drawings, design specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Identify design discrepancies based on architectural and structural drawings, and propose practical technical solutions.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve technical issues and support project execution.
- Prepare engineering documentation, manage Material Submittals, and maintain project-related technical documents.
- Preferred Candidate Profile

- Education: Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 3-7 years of experience in Mechanical/MEP design and engineering within the construction industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD (2D) and other design software, with a solid understanding of HVAC systems, piping, and mechanical engineering principles.
- Site Execution: Must be capable of supporting site execution and field engineering activities as required during project implementation.
- Work Location Requirement:



The position will initially be based at our Chennai office for design and project coordination. However, the selected candidate must be willing to relocate and work on long-term assignments at project sites across India (including Delhi, Gujarat, Bengaluru, and other locations) to support site engineering and construction management as required.
- Desired Skills & Preferred Qualifications

- Robust design background with hands-on experience supporting site installation, construction execution, or field engineering activities.
- Experience in MEP engineering for industrial plants, factories, warehouses, or other large-scale construction projects.
- Previous experience working with Korean EPC companies or multinational engineering and construction firms.
- Experience working on long-term project site assignments away from the home location.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less will be preferred.
