Job Description:

Paix Services is seeking highly motivated Business Development Executives (BDE) and Business Development Managers (BDM) to drive business growth in the US healthcare market. Candidates should have robust experience in US sales, lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, client engagement, and pipeline management. Experience in Healthcare IT, RCM, or healthcare services sales will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and email campaigns.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop client relationships and handle end-to-end sales activities.




- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales effectiveness.
