Job description

- The Site Supervisor will be responsible for daily on-site execution, managing labor, ensuring quality control, maintaining site safety, and ensuring construction activities are completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure construction work is progressing according to design, drawings, and standards.
- Manage labour and subcontractors in office.
- Monitor material delivery, storage, and usage.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and cleanliness.
- Maintain daily progress reports and communicate updates to the project manager.
- Ensure adherence to construction schedule and resolve minor site issues.




- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or BE/ B tech civil.
- Minimum 0-20 years of experience in building construction (Railway Projects).
- Good knowledge of site supervision, material management, and manpower handling.
- Familiarity with quality standards and safety procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in Indian Railway & Water Projects.
- Preferred location Chennai ,Tamilnadu & Kerala candidates
- Preferred Language in English, Hindi & Tamil
