ROLE: ETL Developer

Exp: 4 to 6 YRS

Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata

Work mode: 5 Days work from office

Notice Period: 0-60 Days Only

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer with strong expertise in SQL, Data Warehousing, and the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes, ensuring high-quality data integration, and supporting enterprise data warehouse initiatives. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and experience working with large-scale data environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Build and maintain Data Warehouse solutions using dimensional modeling techniques (Star Schema/Snowflake Schema).
- Integrate data from multiple source systems while ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ETL and Data Warehouse solutions.
- Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot failures, and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and application teams to deliver data solutions.




- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and support production deployments.
- Prepare technical documentation, mapping documents, and ETL design specifications.

Required Skills:

- Robust experience in ETL development using tools such as Informatica, SSIS, Talend, DataStage, Ab Initio, Azure Data Factory (ADF), or equivalent.
- Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with Data Warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, Star Schema, and Snowflake Schema.
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or DB2.
- Good understanding of data integration, data quality, and data governance principles.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Domain Experience:

- Mandatory experience in the Insurance domain.
- Knowledge of insurance business processes such as Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, Premium, Billing, or Reinsurance is preferred.
