Mission
- Perform Engineering, Packaging, Manufacturing, and Regulatory feasibility studies for CAS and Class-A surfaces.
- Bridge the gap between Design Studio and Engineering teams while preserving styling intent.
- Develop and modify complex 3D CAD models using CATIA V5/V6 and 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Design and develop BIW, Exterior Trim, Plastic Components, and Underbody Parts.
- Create engineering solutions considering DFM, DFA, tooling feasibility, and manufacturing constraints.
- Perform CAD assembly modelling, product structure management, and release activities.
- Manage CAD data using PLM tools such as Teamcenter and 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Support pedestrian protection studies and vehicle safety requirements.
- Coordinate with global engineering teams and suppliers during product development.
- Participate in design reviews and implement engineering changes.
- Generate technical documentation, BOMs, and engineering release packages.
