Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM Tester
Locations: Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad
Experience: 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.

- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents to prepare effective test scenarios and test cases.

- Execute manual test cases and report defects using defect management tools.

- Validate CRM customizations, workflows, business rules, plugins, dashboards, forms, and reports.

- Test integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and third-party applications.

- Perform data validation and backend testing using SQL.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to understand requirements and resolve defects.





- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Prepare test reports, defect summaries, and test completion reports.

- Support production deployments and perform post-release validation.
