ServiceNow Developer GRC / HRSD / ITSM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on expertise in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD). The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in ITSM modules but will be preferred if they have deep experience in GRC and HRSD implementations, customizations, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- ServiceNow Development & Customization

- Develop and maintain custom scripts, business rules, script includes, UI actions, and client scripts.

- Create and manage new incidents via scripts and query existing records effectively.

- Implement enhancements and new functionalities across ITSM, GRC, and HRSD modules.

- Integration

- Design and implement REST API integrations with external systems.

- Work with OAuth 2.0 authentication (preferred) and Basic Authentication where required.

- Troubleshoot and optimize integrations for reliability and security.

- Module Expertise

- Work across multiple ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Request, CMDB, and Service Portal/Employee Center.

- Build and configure GRC applications such as IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management).

- Design and configure HRSD modules for improved employee experience.

- GRC / IRM Enhancements

- Create and modify email notifications with custom content page design.

- Implement enhancements in Due Diligence Requests, Third-Party Risk Management,



and IRM workflows.

- Utilize HTML/CSS for UI and content customization.

- Configuration & Governance

- Develop new Business Rules and Script Includes based on business requirements.

- Justify custom development over OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) functionality through proper documentation and reasoning.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with organizational standards and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

- GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance):

- Due Diligence Request workflows

- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

- Integrated Risk Management (IRM)

- Custom Email Notifications & Content Page Design

- HTML / CSS for UI customization

- HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery):

- HR Case Management

- Employee Center / Service Portal configuration

- HR Catalog & Lifecycle events

- ITSM (IT Service Management):

- Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request, and CMDB modules

- Ability to script for Incident creation/query

- Service Portal customization

- Integration:

- REST API integration with OAuth 2.0 (preferred) and Basic Authentication

Preferred Qualifications:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – GRC, HRSD, or ITSM

- 4–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
