We are looking for a skilled CNC Turning Programmer to develop, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC turning programs for precision-machined components. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of CNC lathes, G-code programming, tooling, and process optimization to ensure high-quality production with minimal cycle time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, edit, and optimize CNC Turning (Lathe) programs.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and technical specifications.
- Select cutting tools, inserts, fixtures, speeds, and feeds.
- Perform machine setup support and prove-out for new programs.
- Optimize cycle time while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and make program corrections if required.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
- Maintain program documentation and process sheets.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Tool Room teams.




- Ensure compliance with safety and 5S standards.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of CNC Turning/Lathe machines.
- Experience with Fanuc or Siemens controls.
- Valuable understanding of G-code & M-code.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Knowledge of cutting tools, tooling selection, and machining parameters.
- Experience with CAM software Mastercam, is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

- ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- 38 years of experience in CNC Turning Programming.
- Experience in precision machining and production environments preferred.
