Product Manager Contract Intelligence and Contract Management

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to lead our Contract Intelligence and Contract Management product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, experience with AI/NLP technologies, and a deep understanding of contract management processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy and Vision:

- Develop and articulate the product vision and strategy for our Contract Intelligence and Contract Management solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.

- Product Development:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to drive product development from concept to launch.
- Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements.

- Customer Focus:

- Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product concepts.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that their needs and expectations are at the forefront of product decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:





- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success.
- Monitor product performance, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and address any issues or bottlenecks that may impact product performance or user satisfaction.

- Go-to-Market Strategy:

- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
- Create compelling product messaging and collateral to support sales efforts.
- Train and support sales and customer success teams on product features and benefits.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on AI/NLP technologies and/or contract management solutions.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, legal tech, or related domains.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Proficiency in product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset.
