- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain quality control processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Analyze data to track performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 25-30+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry as a Quality Manager or similar role.
- Solid understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations and ISO 13485 standard.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets using statistical methods such as SPC (Statistical Process Control).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings and recommendations effectively.
