- Supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts.




- Lead and guide the shift team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Monitor shift sales, cash handling, inventory, and stock replenishment.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, and operational compliance.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth shift execution.
- Support team training, attendance, and shift scheduling.
- Maintain shift reports and ensure operational targets are achieved.
