Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and skilled VMC/CNC Operators to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC and VMC machines, ensuring production quality, maintaining machine efficiency, and following safety standards. Freshers with a Mechanical Engineering background are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Operate VMC/CNC machines as per production requirements.
- Load and unload components/materials into the machine.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Perform basic machine setup and tool offset adjustments.
- Conduct dimensional inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Gauges.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure production targets are met.
- Identify and report machine abnormalities or quality issues.
- Maintain production records and inspection reports.
- Follow safety, quality, and company guidelines.
- Ensure proper housekeeping in the work area.
