About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong professional to join our New Product
Development team as a Senior Associate – Stainless Steel Category. This role will be instrumental in
driving the end-to-end development and launch of new products, from market research and sample
evaluation to testing, costing, SKU creation, launch readiness, and post-launch performance analysis.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy working at the intersection of product development,
data analysis, vendor coordination, and market understanding, and who thrive in a fast-paced

Key Responsibilities
•Drive end to end recent product development activities for the stainless steel category
•Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in
the category
•Coordinate with vendors for product samples, review iterations, and track progress through finalization
•Manage in-house and external lab testing, follow up on reports, and support product approval
processes
•Prepare and maintain product reports, development trackers, and approval documentation
•Finalize SKU specifications, dimensions,



measurements, and packaging-related inputs
•Support SKU creation, EAN generation, HSN coordination, and product master data accuracy
•Work on SKU-level costing, indirect cost analysis, and landed cost calculations
•Coordinate product handover inputs for photoshoots, gallery images, and e-commerce readiness
•Visit the warehouse to assess space planning, inbound coordination, system updates, and launch
preparedness
•Monitor sales, returns, inventory movement, QC status, and NPD stock performance
•Analyze sales, return, rating, and customer feedback data to identify improvement opportunities
•Recommend packaging and product enhancements based on post-launch performance trends
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Quality, Warehouse, Packaging, and E-
Commerce
•Support smooth execution of new product launches and ongoing category performance tracking

Eligibility Criteria
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
•3 to 6 years of relevant experience in New Product Development / Product Management / Category
Development
•Prior experience in stainless steel products, cookware, kitchenware, consumer goods, or related
categories will be preferred
Good to Have
•Certification in Six Sigma or related process improvement programs
•Experience working with product testing labs, vendor development, or packaging improvement projects
