Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant roles with different specializations Modules.
Must have done at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects in the respective HCM functional modules .
1.HCM-Compensation Lead:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Compensation
- Has experience in creating Integrations and Reports Functional Design Documents and worked on Conversion mapping for Salary and Compensation elements.
2.HCM- Talent Management Lead:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Talent .
- Has experience in creating Integrations and Reports Functional Design Documents and worked on Conversion mapping for Talent objects.
3.HCM-US Payroll Lead:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Payroll.
- Has experience in creating Integrations and Reports Functional Design Documents and worked on Conversion mapping for all the Payroll objects.
- Has experience in conducting payroll parallels.
4.HCM-Benefits Lead :
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Advantages.
- Has experience in creating Integrations and Reports Functional Design Documents and worked on Conversion mapping for all the Benefits objects.
