In this role you will be a member of the Workday Services Team supporting the Workday Risk & Controls Lead. Your role will grow as we further deploy and expand our Workday coverage both geographically and capability.
Reporting to the Workday Risk & Controls Lead, this role is accountable for ensuring that WPP's Workday User Access Review (UAR) process is executed, maintained, recorded and documented as per our operating procedures and controls. Maintaining the process will involve periodically executing the UAR within our current scope of Business Units across the WPP group.
This is an exciting role working with the wider Workday Services team to provide a world class level of Workday support, development, compliance, governance and security on a day-to-day basis and in support of Workday project deployments.
The Workday Services team provides the post go-live support, maintenance and enhancement of the Workday solution that replaces some of our core technology and influences our ways of working for many of our colleagues at WPP.
This flagship programme will see Workday deployed across our global landscape to address the technology needs of Finance, Projects, and our People function so essentially it touches all our employees to some degree. The key to this programme is that technology is an enabler for change, it is at the heart of what we do, but it is not all of what we do. The people, process and compliance aspects of this programme are vital to its success. This role will help deliver that success on an ongoing basis for many years to come.
What youll be doing:
- Maintain and monitor UAR and work with relevant teams to keep Workday compliant.
- Run UAR processes and continually improve the process through automation.
- Ensure changes to the UAR processes are recorded and tracked correctly.
- Working closely with the Workday Security Manager to manage and maintain the UAR process.
- Ensure UAM design changes are recorded into tracking documentation.
- Use access control features in Workday and support deploying these features.
- Review access controls not only when an employee is hired or terminated, but also when roles change within the organization.
- Maintaining Workday UAR process documentation.
- Champion recommendations for continuous improvement.
What youll need:
- 3+ years experience working in a global ERP deployment and/or BAU environment.
- Understanding of Security and Access Management design model in ERP including personas and segregation of duties within HR, Finance and Skilled Services functions
- Experience of Tier 1 ERP solutions including Workday, SAP, Oracle and Dynamics 365
- Experience maintaining and monitoring User Access
- Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and time and task management
- Creative solutioning and strong problem-solving skills with agility for fast and simple solutions
