The Mission (Your Role)

We arent looking for a traditional cold-caller. We need a Growth Maverick who can navigate the modern professional landscape to connect with HR Leaders, Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs), and Talent Acquisition (TA) Heads.

Your mission is simple but challenging: build relationships, spark curiosity, and open doors for our HR tech products and consulting services.

What You’ll Do (The Hustle)

- Master LinkedIn Outreach: Move past generic "InMails." You’ll craft hyper-personalized, engaging, and value-first outreach strategies to grab the attention of busy HR executives.
- Event Networking & Guerrilla Marketing: Identify and attend key industry meetups, HR conferences, and networking events (virtual and in-person) to represent the brand and connect with talent leaders.
- Omnichannel Prospecting: Think outside the inbox. Use a mix of personalized video pitches (like Loom), thoughtful content engagement, and strategic warm introductions to get our foot in the door.
- Pipeline Management: Research target companies, map out their internal HR hierarchies, and keep our CRM pipeline organized and moving forward.




- Feedback Loop: Collaborate closely with the leadership team to share market insights—what are HR leaders complaining about right now? How can we position our products better?

- A Natural Connector: You don't get intimidated by fancy titles. You can strike up an authentic conversation with a TA Head or a CHRO just as easily as with a peer.
- Digitally Savvy: You know your way around LinkedIn Sales Navigator, contemporary outreach tools, and CRM systems (or you’re a fast learner who can pick them up in a weekend).
- Compelling Writer: Your text messages are engaging, and your emails are impossible to ignore. You know how to hook someone in the first two sentences.
- Resilient & Curious: Rejection doesn't faze you; it’s just data for your next approach. You are genuinely curious about the HR tech landscape and B2B SaaS.
- Current Student or Recent Graduate: Looking for a high-growth internship that gives you real autonomy and skin in the game.
