Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of development experience in Quadient Inspire platform.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Inspire Dynamic Communications
• Inspire Scaler
• Inspire Designer
• Experience designing responsive, rule-based templates for omnichannel output.
• Positive understanding of scalable architecture and document generation performance tuning using Scaler.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of Inspire Interactive is a plus.
• Familiarity with print/email/SMS delivery formats.
• Experience in migrating templates from legacy systems to Quadient.
• Basic scripting or XML/XSLT knowledge for content manipulation.
