Job Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor MEP works at project sites.
- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify measurements and certify subcontractor/vendor bills.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety (HSE) standards.
- Attend client meetings and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects within budget.
Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of MEP systems.
- Experience in Commercial, Industrial, Hospital, Residential,
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and BOQs.
- Knowledge of IS Standards, NBC, and relevant MEP codes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project (preferred), and AutoCAD.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3 t0 4 years of experience in MEP project execution.
