Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, developing, and extending Dynamics 365 applications while collaborating with global stakeholders in a night-shift workplace.

Must-Have Skills

- 5 to 8 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
- Strong experience in configuring, designing, building, and extending:
- Dynamics 365 Sales
- Dynamics 365 Marketing
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Dynamics 365 Field Service

- Hands-on experience with Power Platform components:

- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Power Pages

- Expertise in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration




- Strong understanding of CRM entities, security models, workflows, business rules, and business process flows

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with external applications and third-party systems
- Strong development experience in:
- C#
- .NET Framework
- ASP.NET
- JavaScript
- Web API

- Experience with Azure services:

- Azure Functions
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure Service Bus
- Azure DevOps

- Good understanding of CRM business processes
- Experience in data migration, data integration, and ETL activities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Microsoft Certifications preferred:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
- Dynamics 365 Developer Certifications
