About the Role

A leading NBFC is looking for experienced Private Bankers to acquire, manage, and grow relationships with High Net Worth (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI) clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in wealth acquisition, portfolio management, and cross-selling investment solutions while delivering a superior client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire and onboard HNI/UHNI clients through strong networking and relationship-building.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of affluent clients.
- Provide customized wealth management and investment advisory solutions.
- Cross-sell a range of financial products including:
- Mutual Funds
- Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
- Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)
- Structured Products
- Bonds & Fixed Income Products
- Insurance Solutions

- Understand clients' financial goals and create personalized investment strategies.
- Increase Assets Under Management (AUM) and enhance wallet share.
- Maintain long-term relationships by providing proactive financial advice and exceptional service.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines.




- Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Retail Liabilities with Investment Advisory.
- Strong experience in acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI clientele.
- Proven ability to source new business and generate revenue.
- Excellent knowledge of wealth management products and financial markets.
- Solid communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Certification such as NISM, CFP, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
