Invoice Processing Associate (Accounts Payable Operations)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Invoice Processing Associate to join our Finance Operations team. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately process vendor invoices within the assigned timelines while ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be willing to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Process invoices assigned on a daily basis with high accuracy.
- Ensure all allocated invoices are completed within the same business day.
- Verify invoice details such as vendor information, purchase orders, tax details, pricing, and approvals.
- Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Maintain defined productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines.
- Update invoice status in ERP or finance systems.




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including procurement, finance, and vendors.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Support process improvement initiatives and adapt to recent tools or process changes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) graduate (mandatory).
- Freshers and candidates with relevant Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing experience are welcome.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and invoice processing.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an added advantage.

Work Schedule

Candidates should be flexible to work in any of the following shifts:

- 12:00 PM 9:30 PM IST
- 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM IST

Work Mode

- Work From Office (WFO) for the first 3 months (mandatory training period).
- After successful completion of training, the role will transition to Work From Home (WFH) or Hybrid, based on business requirements and performance.
