Data Science Engineer (AI/LLM)

Location: Chennai (On-site)

Experience: 5+ years in Machine Learning/Software Engineering and 2+ years in LLM Fine-Tuning

Skills We're Looking For

- Python, PEFT/LoRA, RAG, and Vector Databases
- LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Guardrails AI
- Solid Machine Learning fundamentals and LLM evaluation experience
- For the ML Architect role: AI platform architecture, MLOps, technical leadership, and team management

What You'll Work On

Fine-tune open-source LLMs such as ClinicalBERT and Llama

Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and Agentic AI solutions

Develop AI agents with long-term memory,



Human-in-the-Loop (HITL), and evaluation frameworks

Implement AI guardrails, security, and governance

Design and deploy scalable, enterprise-grade AI platforms
