Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Java Developer / Java Technical Lead to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Core Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, Microservices, Oracle, and SQL, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable backend applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and implement Microservices and REST APIs.
- Work with Oracle databases and optimize SQL queries.
- Collaborate with architects to design technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver user stories.
- Perform code reviews and ensure coding best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Work with cross-functional teams and interact with clients to understand business requirements.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of Core Java development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java 8+, OOPS, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Database and SQL.
- Experience in REST API development.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Experience in design reviews, code reviews, and technical leadership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
