Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market needs to provide feedback for service improvement and recent business development. Lead negotiations and manage the contract lifecycle with enterprise clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and pipeline developments to leadership regularly.
