Job Title: Business Development Executive – Home Textiles

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Executive - Marketing to support marketing activities, buyer communication, and merchandising initiatives in the home textile segment. This is an ideal opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to gain hands-on exposure to marketing and international buyer handling.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle buyer communication, primarily through professional email correspondence.

· Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to improve brand visibility.

· Assist in merchandising activities to enhance product presentation across platforms.

· Conduct basic market research to understand trends and customer preferences.

· Coordinate with product development teams for new collection launches.

· Maintain communication with suppliers for timely material updates.

· Work with export and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.





· Track basic performance metrics and prepare reports.

· Understand buyer requirements and support in offering suitable solutions.

Key Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Textile Design, Fashion Technology or related fields

· Good written and verbal communication skills (especially email communication).

· Interest in marketing, merchandising, and the home textile industry.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

· Good coordination and teamwork skills.
