Job Title Business Development Executive – Architect & Interior Designer Channel (Field Sales, Ahmedabad)

About the Role

GKD Space Concepts LLP, a modular kitchen, wardrobe, and turnkey interior solutions company based in Ahmedabad, is looking for a field-based Business Development Executive to build and manage relationships with architects and interior designers. Your primary goal will be generating consistent project leads through this channel.

What You'll Do

- Identify, approach, and build relationships with architects and interior designers across Ahmedabad
- Regularly visit architecture firms and design studios to introduce our products, materials, and turnkey capabilities
- Generate qualified leads for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and turnkey furniture projects
- Coordinate between architects/designers and our internal design & execution team to convert leads into projects
- Maintain a pipeline of ongoing relationships — this is a long-term, relationship-driven channel, not one-time cold calls
- Attend site visits, client meetings, and project discussions as needed
- Report weekly on leads generated,

What We're Looking For

- Prior experience in field sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, building materials, or a related B2B trade
- Comfortable with daily field visits across Ahmedabad — own two-wheeler required
- Good communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable talking to architects, designers, and business owners
- Basic understanding of interior/furniture products is a plus, but not mandatory — we'll train you
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized in following up on leads

Compensation

- Fixed salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000/month, based on experience
- Attractive performance-based incentives on top of fixed salary, tied to leads generated and projects converted
- Two-wheeler and basic travel/fuel allowance for field visits (confirm if applicable)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Field job — daily travel across the city required)
