About the Role

Dooritt is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role requires extensive field visits, client meetings, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
- Meet prospective clients to present Dooritt's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.




- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Male candidates only.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
