We are looking for a Business Development Manager / Client Onboarding Specialist to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying hiring opportunities, onboarding current clients, and maintaining long-term client relationships to support recruitment engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with companies that have hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team.
- Manage the client onboarding process, including documentation and requirement gathering.
- Prepare proposals, agreements, and engagement documents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication.
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of suitable candidates.




- Track client requirements and provide regular updates throughout the hiring process.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and other tools to identify and connect with potential clients.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in business development, client onboarding, or account management within a recruitment or staffing firm.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with staffing or recruitment clients.
- Ability to understand hiring requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and MS Office.
- Well-organized, proactive, and client-focused.
