Verve Assistance is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and self-driven Marketing & Business Development Executive who can independently generate business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and convert leads into long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in consulting, outsourcing, recruitment, or service-based industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, generate, and qualify recent business leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and field visits.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients across industries such as Healthcare, Education, Real Estate, Corporate Services, and other service sectors.
- Promote Verve Assistance's services, including:o Customer Support Outsourcingo Recruitment & Staffing Solutionso Training & Developmento Design & Development Serviceso HR & Business Consulting.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly business targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and conversions in CRM or sales reports.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Business Management will be an added advantage).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Client Acquisition.




- Experience in consulting, outsourcing, recruitment, HR services, healthcare, or service-based industries will be preferred.
- Proven track record of lead generation and business conversion. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of B2B sales and consultative selling.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
