About the Role

Rainstream Technologies is hiring a Business Development Executive /with experience in acquiring AI and software development projects. Candidates with a proven track record of generating and closing AI-related projects will be given preference.

Responsibilities

- Generate leads for AI and software development services
- Acquire projects related to Generative AI, AI Chatbots, AI Automation, Machine Learning & Custom Software
- Conduct client meetings, follow-ups and negotiations
- Prepare proposals and project estimates
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand client requirements
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

Requirements




- 1–5 years of experience in IT Business Development
- Experience in AI or Software Development sales preferred
- Knowledge of AI, ML, Automation & Custom Software services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- International client handling is an added advantage
- Robust knowledge of both Inbound and Outbound IT Sales, including lead generation, client outreach, qualification, and convers
