Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in the printed box and packaging manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities in the printed box and packaging industry.
- Identify and approach potential customers across various industries.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable packaging solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and negotiate pricing.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.




- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports.

Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in B2B sales, preferably in the printed box or packaging manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
