Reports To: Sales Manager / Head – Sales Location: Field Visits Job Purpose To develop and manage a high-quality offline referral partner network by identifying, onboarding, engaging, and nurturing Referral Partners who consistently provide verified referrals, contributing towards K&L;'s monthly business target of 20 closed projects .

Key Responsibilities Conduct planned field visits.

Referral Partner

DevelopmentResearch and identify potential Referral Partners. Build qualified relationships. Present the K&L; Referral Partner Program. Register new Referral Partners.

Referral

GenerationGenerate quality referrals from active Referral Partners. Verify referrals before handing them over to Telecalling. Maintain referral quality standards.

Field

OperationsExecute approved daily route plans. Meet assigned field visit targets. Connect with key decision makers. Data &

- DocumentationUpdate Google Sheets/CRM daily. Maintain accurate prospect and Referral Partner records.





Submit Daily Activity

Reports (DAR).

Relationship

ManagementConduct regular follow-ups. Maintain active Referral Partner engagement. Re-engage inactive Referral Partners. ComplianceFollow approved SOPs. Maintain documentation standards. Adhere to company policies. Represent K&L; professionally at all times.

Qualifications EducationGraduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM preferred. Experience1–3 years in Business Development, Field Sales, Channel Sales, Referral Sales, Relationship Management, or B2B Sales.

Experience in Construction, Real Estate, Interior Design, Building Materials, or Home Improvement is preferred.
