The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, identifying potential clients, and assisting in the growth of the company through online bidding and client communication. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities Generate leads through various online platforms. Identify and connect with potential clients. Bid on projects through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. Prepare and submit project proposals.

Communicate with clients to understand their requirements. Coordinate with the technical team regarding project requirements. Maintain client relationships and follow up on leads.



Track daily activities and maintain records of leads and proposals.

Achieve business development targets and contribute to company growth.

Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Valuable presentation and client-handling abilities. Basic understanding of IT services and software development. Knowledge of Upwork or freelancing platforms is a plus. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Quick learner with a positive attitude.
