Business Development Executive – B2B Industrial Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with a strong background in B2B Industrial Sales. Candidates must have experience in selling industrial products/services to manufacturing companies, OEMs, factories, or industrial clients. The ideal candidate should be skilled in lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through field sales, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, manufacturing companies, factories, and industrial clients.
- Identify customer requirements and offer suitable products/services.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and close business deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.




- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify recent business opportunities.
- Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Mandatory Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in B2B Industrial Sales.
- Experience in OEM Sales, Manufacturing Sales, Factory Sales, or Industrial Product Sales is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of industrial customers and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
