We're looking for enthusiastic freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build a long-term career in IT Business Development. This is not a telecalling or field sales role.

You'll receive structured training and work with international clients while learning modern IT Business Development.

What You'll Do

- Generate and qualify leads
- Communicate with domestic & international clients
- Understand business requirements
- Prepare proposals and follow-ups
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline




- Coordinate with design & development teams
- Learn AI-powered sales and productivity tools Requirements:
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience
- Good English communication (Verbal & Written)
- Basic understanding of Business Development
- Basic knowledge of IT services
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
