Designation: Business Development Executive/AM – International Sales (Export)

Location: IMT Manesar, Gurugram (Work from Office) Working conditions: 6 days (9 am-5 pm)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with 3–4 years of experience in International/Export Business Development. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing international business opportunities for automotive lubricants, industrial lubricants, coolants, greases, and specialty petroleum products.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential international buyers through online platforms, trade portals, LinkedIn, and market research.
- Generate recent business opportunities in international markets (B2B or B2C)
- Develop and maintain a database of overseas distributors, importers, wholesalers, and OEMs.
- Reach out to prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
- Handle end-to-end client management—from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, order closure, and post-sales coordination.
- Build long-term relationships with international customers.





Required Skills

- 3–4 years of experience in International Business Development
- Experience with export documentation is preferred.
- Strong internet research and lead generation skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google research, trade portals (Alibaba, IndiaMART Global, TradeIndia, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/International Business) is preferred.
