Key Responsibilities

- Business Development:
- Identify and target potential customers within the aviation industry, including airports, airlines, maintenance organizations, and consulting firms.
- Research and understand the airfield ground lighting market, competitors, and industry trends to identify business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, trade shows, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
- Sales and Relationship Management:
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our airfield ground lighting products.
- Develop tailored sales proposals and quotations based on customer needs and requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to secure orders and close deals.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in customer organizations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries and concerns, and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.




- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and report on sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals using CRM software or other designated systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements or new offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials.
- Product Knowledge and Training:
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about technological advancements in airfield ground lighting products.
- Participate in product development discussions and provide feedback based on customer interactions and market insights.

Preferred Skills

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email communication, cloud storage (Google Drive), CRM systems, and data management.
- Proficiency in English language is a plus for international market focus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
