Job Summary

We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) / Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive business growth, acquire new customers, manage key accounts, and expand market presence across the cosmetics and personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.

Drive B2B sales and achieve revenue targets.

Conduct customer meetings,



product presentations, and commercial negotiations.

Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

Collaborate with technical and internal teams to deliver customer solutions.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.

Desired Candidate Profile

2–8 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Technical Sales.

Experience in Specialty Chemicals, Cosmetic Ingredients, Personal Care, Chemical Distribution, Oleochemicals, Surfactants, or FMCG will be preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to manage key accounts and develop new business.

Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
