Navitera Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is a leading maritime consulting company providing specialized services to the global shipping and offshore industry. We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and growth-oriented Business Development Associate to support our business development initiatives and contribute to the company's expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, and other online platforms.
- Build, maintain, and regularly update client databases and CRM records.
- Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and other business documents.
- Handle professional email communication and client follow-ups.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support ongoing business development activities.
- Learn and understand the shipping and maritime industry through training and self-learning.
- Assist in lead generation, data management, and maintaining accurate business records.
- Support senior management with business development and administrative tasks as required.

Eligibility Criteria





- Graduate in any discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong internet research and data management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to long-term career growth.
