At Maxpo Exhibitions, we're looking for a Business Development Associate who is passionate about B2B sales and eager to help businesses grow through world-class exhibitions and events.
What You'll Do:
✅ Generate and qualify new business opportunities ✅ Sell exhibition stalls, sponsorships, and branding solutions
✅ Build and nurture strong client relationships
✅ Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations
✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
✅ Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver exceptional client experiences
We're Looking For:
✔️ 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Exhibition/Event Sales ✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Robust sales mindset with a passion for closing deals
✔️ Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
✔️ Candidates from the Exhibition, Event Management, B2B Conference, Media Sales, or Advertising industries are highly preferred
