Experience Required

Minimum 5 years of relevant business development experience in one or more of the following industries:

Real Estate

Architectural Design

Interior Design

Construction / Infrastructure

Candidates with prior exposure to dealing with builders and developers in real estate sales and project acquisition will be strongly preferred Key Responsibilities

Identify, generate, and develop recent business opportunities for architectural design services, with a strong focus on builders and real estate developers.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers such as developers, promoters, project heads, and consultants.

Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and position Ingrain Architects’ design capabilities effectively.

Prepare and present proposals, fee estimates, presentations, and capability decks in coordination with the design team.

Coordinate closely with internal design and execution teams to ensure accurate communication of client expectations and smooth project handover.

Track leads,



follow up rigorously, and manage the sales pipeline to closure.

Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to the firm’s overall business growth strategy.

Represent the firm at industry events, meetings, and networking forums, as required.
