Role & responsibilities

- Connect with working professionals through inbound and outbound calls.

- Understand candidates' career aspirations, current job roles, and learning requirements.

- Counsel prospective learners on upskilling opportunities and recommend relevant certification or professional courses.

- Explain course curriculum, learning outcomes, fees, financing options, and career benefits.

- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners throughout the sales cycle.

- Follow up with interested prospects and convert qualified leads into enrolments.

- Handle objections effectively and close sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

- 02years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, or EdTech Sales.

- Experience in selling skilled certification, executive education, or online learning programs is preferred.

- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
