Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving growth and building strategic relationships with educational institutions, student communities, and industry partners. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research to understand student and institutional needs, and presenting Aahnaa Technologies’ services and programs to potential partners. The role involves preparing and delivering persuasive presentations, coordinating outreach campaigns,



and maintaining regular communication with prospects and existing partners to nurture long-term relationships.

The Business Development

Associate will collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings based on market insights, support promotional events and workshops, and track performance metrics to ensure targets and objectives are met.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong communication skills for clear, professional, and engaging interactions with students, institutions, and partners.

Candidates should possess presentation skills and experience creating and delivering effective presentations to diverse audiences.

Candidates should possess lead generation abilities, including identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, and managing a pipeline.
