Position: Business Development Executive / Intern

Department: Business Development

Location: Bengaluru (On-site/Hybrid — adjust as needed)

Work timings : 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (mon to fri)

Duration: 3–6 months (adjust as needed) for interns

Stipend: Based on performance in interviews

Role Overview

We're looking for a motivated MBA/ BBA intern or Graduate to support our business development and growth function — assisting with client outreach, lead generation, partnership coordination, and market research as iBridge360 scales its learner and enterprise partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, colleges, and corporate partners
2. Support lead generation and maintain outreach trackers/CRM data
3.



Coordinate with internal teams on partnership and training proposals
4. Conduct market research on EdTech trends, competitors, and target segments
5. Help draft proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications
6. Track and report on outreach and pipeline status

Requirements

1. Pursuing or completed MBA/ BBA (any specialization; Sales/Marketing preferred)
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts
4. Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and work in a fast-paced startup workplace
5. Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
