Key Responsibilities Engage stakeholders to capture business needs, processes, pain points, and outcomes.

Facilitate workshops, interviews, playbacks, and requirement validation sessions.

Document functional / non-functional requirements for software applications, APIs, integrations, databases, dashboards, and workflows.

Convert requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.

- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, defect triage, release readiness, and business sign-off.
