Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our energetic team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in business analysis as a Lead level, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Convert business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Assist in the creation of user stories, process flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions with business and technical teams.
- Collaborate with the development and QA teams throughout the SDLC to ensure the delivery aligns with business needs.
- Provide support during implementation and post-deployment activities.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software, SaaS / Service based companies.
- Strong understanding of business process modelling, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar platforms.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or any QA-related certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is an added advantage.
