Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams

- Conduct market and competitive analysis to support business decisions

- Identify gaps in current processes and recommend data-driven improvements

- Work with cross-functional teams including IT, product, sales, and operations

- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations

- Support project planning, execution, and change management efforts

- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interviews

Requirements

- Bacgelor's/ Master's degree in(Business Analytics) Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field

- Proven experience (minimum 1year) as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.

- Knowledge of business process modeling, project management tools, and documentation techniques
