Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Robust hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) is mandatory.
- Expertise in:
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Joiner, Mover & Leaver (JML)
- RBAC, SoD, Access Reviews & Certifications
- SSO, MFA, Federation, Authentication & Authorization
- Provisioning & De-provisioning
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Experience in BRD/FRD, User Stories, Process Mapping, Requirement Gathering, and Stakeholder Management.
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience.

Preferred





- Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), CyberArk, Ping Identity , or similar IAM platforms.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise IAM implementation or transformation projects.
