Seniority: Associate / Mid · Function: Analyst, Information Technology Sit between the business and the engineering team. You will turn how the company actually works into specifications developers can build from. What you'll do

- Gather requirements from department heads — sales, CRM, accounts, HR, legal
- Document current processes and map them to system workflows
- Write functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Design approval flows, role permissions and report requirements
- Work with the technical team through build and clarify requirements as they arise
- Run user acceptance testing with the departments
- Train users and write documentation What we're looking for
- 3+ years as a business analyst on software projects
- Ability to talk to non-technical business users and extract what they actually need
- Transparent documentation skills — specifications, flowcharts, user stories
- Understanding of databases and how applications are structured




- Comfortable challenging a requirement rather than just recording it Good to have
- ERP implementation experience
- Accounting or finance process knowledge
- Real estate industry exposure
- Experience with BPMN or process mapping tools Why join us
