About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst with extensive expertise in organisational change management to join our dynamic team. In this client-facing role, you will partner with organizations to deliver large-scale transformation programs, including technology implementations, process redesigns, and strategic initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the change lead, assessing impacts, developing strategies, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring the adoption of new ways of working across various levels of the client organization.
This role requires a blend of business analysis and change management skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, coach leaders, and develop comprehensive change plans. You will be embedded within program leadership teams, guiding the change agenda from strategy formulation through to sustainment, ensuring the successful realization of program benefits.
Qualifications To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of business analysis experience, with at least 4-5 years dedicated to leading change management initiatives within medium to large transformation programs. Proven experience working directly with clients, managing senior stakeholders, and delivering results in ambiguous environments is essential. Candidates should have deep knowledge of recognized change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step, or LaMarsh Managed Change.
Experience delivering change in technology implementations such as ERP, CRM, HCM systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Dynamics), or digital transformations is highly valued. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills are critical, along with a solid foundation in business analysis techniques like process mapping, requirements elicitation, and operating model design.
Certifications such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, or APMG Change Management Practitioner are preferred.
Responsibilities Define and tailor the overall change management strategy based on the client's culture, maturity, and risk profile.
Develop comprehensive change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness, adoption, and sustainment activities.
Conduct detailed change impact assessments across roles, processes, systems, and locations to understand the scope and severity of change.
Maintain a change impact register, surface risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to program leadership.
Identify, segment, and engage stakeholder groups through tailored approaches, building trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
Coach executive sponsors and leaders to act as visible change champions, providing them with talking points, FAQs, and coaching guides.
Design and execute communication strategies, including collateral development, channels, and feedback mechanisms to ensure effective messaging and engagement.
Partner with training teams to define learning needs, shape blended learning solutions, and oversee training logistics and effectiveness evaluations.
Design and manage business readiness frameworks, including criteria, dashboards, and go/no-go checkpoints, to ensure organizational preparedness.
Mobilize and support change champion networks, establishing communities of practice to sustain momentum beyond initial delivery phases.
Proactively identify resistance sources, design targeted interventions, and collaborate with HR and people leaders on sensitive change scenarios.
Define adoption KPIs, monitor change effectiveness, and develop sustainment plans to embed new behaviors and realize program advantages.
Own and deliver key business analysis artifacts such as current and future state process maps, operating models, and requirements documentation.
Prepare executive briefings, steering committee reports, and change status dashboards to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
